Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - We are located at 103 State Street. Newburgh, IN 47630. Orders can be picked up Monday-Saturday, from 10 am - 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. We are closed on Sundays. Please refer to our social media and/or our Google Business page for specialty hours and closures. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES -  We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hoorayshoppe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
